CONDUCTED THE PRESERVATION OF LANDS IN THE ORGANIZATIONS SERVICE AREA, AS TO PROVIDE OUR COMMUNITIES WITH THE MEANS OF GOOD LAND STEWARDSHIP. PROVIDED CONSERVATION EDUCATION TO STUDENTS THROUGH THE AREAS SCHOOLS, AND TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC THROUGH OUR FREE OUTREACH PROGRAMS CONSISTING OF GUIDED EXCURSIONS ONTO LANDS OF SPECIAL NATURAL INTEREST, AND PRESENTATIONS BY PROFESSIONAL SPEAKERS ON SUBJECTS OF TIMELY CONSERVATION INTEREST. ENGAGED IN THE ACQUISITION OF CONSERVATION EASEMENTS ON LANDS OF HIGH CONSERVATION VALUE, AND STEWARDED ALL EXISTING HOLDINGS BY APPLYING SOUND MEASURES OF STEWARDSHIP AND ENFORCEMENT, IF REQUIRED. ENGAGED IN THE ACQUISITION OF NEW POTENTIAL LANDS, AND APPLIED SOUND MANAGEMENT AND STEWARDSHIP OF PRESERVE LANDS THAT WE OWN, ENCOURAGING PUBLIC USE BY MEANS OF MAINTAINED TRAILS, LOCATED WHERE APPROPRIATE.
