EMPLOYMENT SERVICES-JOB/EDUCATION COUNSELING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. EFFORTS ARE DIRECTED TOWARDS ACCELERATING ENTRY INTO THE WORKFORCE, EFFECTIVE JOB PERFORMANCE, WORKPLACE ADVANCEMENT, FINACIAL LITERACY, AND LONG-TERM CAREER SATISFACTION.


FIRST GENERATION ACHIEVEMENT PROGRAM-PREPARES YOUTH FROM WOMEN'S MENTORING NETWORK'S FAMILIES TO COMPETE ACADEMICALLY AND SOCIALLY FOR EDUCATION THAT WILL LEAD TO QUALITY EMPLOYMENT, ALLOWING THEM TO MAINSTREAM AS PROODUCTIVE ADULTS. WMN ASSISTS STUDENTS AND THIER PARENTS WITH SCHOOL PREPARATION, JOB PREPARATION, FINACIAL LITERACY, AND POST GRADUATE PLANNING.


E TO THE 4TH POWER-PROVIDES LIFE COPING SKILLS CENTERED ON CAREER, PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, PARENTING, FINANCIAL LITERACY, AND FAMILY HEALTH ISSUES. DEVELOPS LEADERSHIP AND SOCIALIZATION SKILLS AND PROVIDES POSITIVE PEER SUPPORT.
