CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS CLASSROOM AND HOME BASED CHILD DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING SERVICES FOR FAMILIES AND THEIR CHILDREN AGED 0-4 (561 CLIENTS), SLIDING SCALE FEE DAY CARE FOR INFANTS - AGE 10 (360 CLIENTS), NUTRITION EDUCATION AND FOOD SUPPLEMENT TO PREGNANT, POSTPARTUM, AND BREASTFEEDING WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN UNDER AGE 5 (4,289 CLIENTS)
ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS VARIOUS PROGRAM COMPONENTS PROVIDE EMERGENCY FUEL/UTILITY ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS FOR HOUSEHOLDS THAT ARE LOW INCOME AND/OR WHICH CONTAIN AN ELDERLY OR DISABLED MEMBER (8,350 CLIENTS)
