DURING 2022, GNHCP PROVIDED ASSISTANCE TO 603 CATS IN THE GREATER NEW HAVEN AREA. THIS INCLUDES 561 SPAY/NUETERS (TAME AND FERAL CATS), AND ASSISTANCE TO 42 OTHER CATS WHO WERE SICK/INJURED. IN 2022, THE ORGANIZATION ADOPTED 84 CATS THROUGH DIRECT ADOPTIONS OR NETWORKING.
CATS BROUGHT INTO FOSTER CARE ARE FELINE LEUKEMIA/AIDS TESTED, RECEIVE DISTEMPER AND RABIES VACCINATIONS, SPAYED/NEUTERED, AND PROVIDED ADDITIONAL VETERINARY CARE TO PREPARE THEM FOR ADOPTION INTO A PERMANENT HOME. CATS/KITTENS AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION ARE PPOSTED ON OUR WEBISTE, GNHCP.ORG.
