THE WALLINGFORD PUBLIC ACCESS ASSOCIATION, INC HAS EXPANDED ITS OUTREACH BEYOND COMMUNITY CABLE TV. THE ORGANIZATION EXPANDED ITS COMMUNITY SERVICE TO ENCOURAGE AND EMPOWER THE PEOPLE OF WALLINGFORD, CT TO MEET THEIR OWN COMMUNICATION NEEDS. THIS IS ACHIEVED BY THE ORGANIZATION FACILITATING DIGITAL MEDIA CREATION AND MANAGING ITS PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION VIA TELEVISION, SOCIAL MEDIA, BOOKS AND AUDIO MEDIA.
