TO PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT FOR PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES HELPING 22 INDIVIDUALS THROUGH CONTINUOUS RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT AND IN-HOME SUPPORT.
TO PROVIDE SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT/COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE AND DAY ACTIVITY PROGRAMS FOR 102 INDIVIDUALS.
