THE AGENCY PROVIDES HOMEMAKER, COMPANION, CHORE SERVICES, LIVE-IN CARE, AND PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANCE TO THE ELDERLY, DISABLED, AND CHRONICALLY ILL POPULATION, MANY OF WHO ARE HOMEBOUND. FOUR DAYS PER WEEK, THE AGENCY OPERATES A MEMORY CARE DAY ACTIVITY PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEMENTIA TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THIS GROWING PATIENT POPULATION AND THEIR CAREGIVERS. IN 2021 THE AGENCY PROVIDED APPROXIMATELY 60,000 HOURS OF SERVICES TO 347 AREA CLIENTS IN THE 13 TOWN AREA OF NORTHEASTERN CONNECTICUT.
