LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - DETERMINES ELIGIBILITY, PERFORMS INTAKE AND CERTIFIES CLIENTS AND PROVIDES ASSISTANCE IN PAYING HOME HEATING BILLS.
HOMELESS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - PROVIDES FAMILY SHELTERS THAT ACT AS SHELTERS FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES WHO ARE REFERRED BY THE MASS. DEPT. OF TRANSITIONAL ASSISTANCE.
