FEDERALLY FUNDED HEALTH DISPARITIES RESEARCH - ICR CONDUCTS FEDERALLY FUNDED RESEARCH AND TESTS INTERVENTIONS ON HEALTH AND PUBLIC HEALTH ISSUES WITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS LOCALLY, NATIONALLY, AND INTERNATIONALLY. THIS INCLUDES EXAMINING ROOT CAUSES OF HEALTH DISPARITIES AMONG DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES.


YOUTH PARTICIPATORY ACTION RESEARCH (PAR) PROJECTS - OUR YOUTH PAR PROJECTS TRAIN AND ENGAGE YOUTH IN RESEARCH DESIGNED TO HELP THEM EXAMINE SOCIAL ISSUES OF SIGNIFICANCE TO THEM AND TO USE RESEARCH-INFORMED ACTION TO GUIDE THEIR EFFORTS TO CREATE SOCIAL CHANGE.
