FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2021, SOUTH COUNTY HOME HEALTH SERVICES PROVIDED 72,972 VISITS TO 4,748 CLIENTS IN THEIR HOMES. IN ADDITION TO THIS, SOUTH COUNTY HOME HEALTH SERVICES ALSO PROVIDES AT NO CHARGE BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS AT HEALTHCARE CLINICS AROUND THE SOUTH COUNTY COMMUNITY. OTHER SERVICES SUCH AS CHOLESTEROL SCREENINGS ARE PROVIDED AT A NOMINAL CHARGE.
