OPERATED A STATE CHARTER SCHOOL FOR RHODE ISLAND STUDENTS DRAWING LARGELY FROM THE GREATER PROVIDENCE METROPOLITAN AREA, WITH 69.89% OF THE STUDENTS FROM THE CITY OF PROVIDENCE. USING INNOVATIVE EDUCATION PRACTICES AS A CATALYST FOR SOCIAL CHANGE, THE SCHOOL IS WORKING TO ENSURE THAT ALL CHILDREN HAVE THE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND SUPPORT THEY NEED TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL. THE SCHOOL HAD AN AVERAGE ENROLLMENT OF 619 STUDENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022. ON OCTOBER 20, 2020 THE SCHOOL'S CHARTER WAS RENEWED FOR A TWO-YEAR TERM THROUGH THE YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2023. THE RENEWED CHARTER APPROVED THE SCHOOL TO CONTINUE PRE-KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 12TH GRADE CLASSES. THE SCHOOL OPENED A SECOND LOCATION IN WARREN, RHODE ISLAND, IN AUGUST 2014, 2020 TO ACCOMMODATE THE SCHOOL'S STUDENTS IN GRADES SEVEN THROUGH TWELVE.
