TO STIMULATE APPRECIATION OF THE HISTORICAL HERITAGE OF THE TOWN OF NORTH HERO, VT. THE SOCIETY OPERATES A HISTORICAL MUSEUM AND A COMMUNITY HALL USED FOR CULTURAL/ POLITICAL EVENTS AND COMMUNITY DINNERS.

THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A HISTORICAL MUSEUM IN THE TOWN OF NORTH HERO WHICH BENEFITS THE 600 RESIDENTS OF NORTH HERO AS WELL AS OVER 3000 SUMMER VISITORS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO RENOVATED THE COMMUNITY HALL FOR USE AS AN INDOOR VENUE FOR ARTISTIC EVENTS, COMMUNITY DINNERS AND LOCAL CULTURAL AND POLITICAL EVENTS. DURING THE PANDEMIC, YOGA CLASSES WERE HELD IN THE COMMUNITY HALL SINCE THERE WAS ENOUGH SPACE FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING AND THE YOGA CLASSES EASED THE SENSE OF ISOLATION FELT BY MANY COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
