FUEL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - PROVIDE FUNDING THROUGH FEDERAL AND STATE SOURCES TO ASSIST LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS IN WASHINGTON COUNTY WITH FUEL AND UTILITY BILLS.
FAMILY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES - PROVIDE FUNDING THROUGH FEDERAL AND STATE SOURCES TO ASSIST FAMILIES WITH MEETING NEEDS AND TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE IN WASHINGTON COUNTY.
