PROJECT HEAD START - PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL SERVICE TO ELIGIBLE PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN.


LIHEAP HEATING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - PROVIDE LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH FUEL AND UTILITY EXPENSES HELP DURING WINTER MONTHS.


FEDERALLY QUALIFIED COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES TO FAMILIES. LOW INCOME ELIGIBLE FAMILIES QUALIFY FOR WIC NUTRITIONAL ASSISTANCE.
