TRANSITIONAL RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM - TO PREPARE CLIENTS FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING AND TO INSTRUCT THEM IN BASIC VOCATIONAL SAFETY AND LIFE SKILLS. DURING THE CURRENT YEAR THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED SERVICES TO 100 INDIVIDUALS.


SUPPORTED LIVING HOLYOKE RESIDENTIAL - A PROGRAM TO ASSIST PEOPLE IMPACTED BY MENTAL ILLNESS, DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, AND OTHER CHALLENGES IN SECURING AFFORDABLE, SAFE, AND DESIRABLE HOUSING. DURING THE CURRENT YEAR THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED SERVICES TO 14 INDIVIDUALS.
