TO OPERATE EXCLUSIVE FOR THE BENEFIT OF, TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF, AND TO CARRY OUT THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF ROCA, INC., AN ORGANIZATION EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAXATION UNDER SECTION 501(A) AS AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, WHOSE CHARITABLE MISSION INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO PROMOTING THE ADVANCEMENT OF YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AND MORE SPECIFICALLY ENGAGING IN PROGRAMS RELATING TO YOUTH DEVELOPMENT; AND TO CARRY OUT SUCH PURPOSES BEING OPERATED, SUPERVISED, AND CONTROLLED BY ROCA, INC. WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 509(A)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
