THE FELLS IS AN HISTORIC ESTATE WITH GARDENS AND HIKING TRAILS ON LAKE SUNAPEE IN NEWBURY, NH. THE FELLS' MISSION IS TO STIMULATE APPRECIATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT, HORTICULTURE, AND SIGNIFICANCE OF THE PAST BY PRESERVING AND SHARING THE HAY FAMILY'S HISTORIC LAKESIDE HOME.

Part 3 - Line 4a

DEVELOPE AND MAINTAIN A PROGRAM OF PRESERVATION AND MANAGEMENT FOR 83.5 ACRES ALONG THE SHORE OF LAKE SUNAPEE. PROMOTE AND ESTABLISH HORTICULTURAL AWARENESS AND CONSERVATION THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. ENCOURAGE AN APPRECIATION FOR THE RESOURCES AND CULTURAL HISTORY ASSOCIATED WITH THE HAY FAMILY LEGACY ON WHAT IS KNOWN AS THE JOHN HAY NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE.
