THE WBF IS DEDICATED TO ENSURING ACCESS TO JUSTICE FOR LOW-INCOME WOMEN. THE WBF CREATES A COMMUNITY COMMITTED TO PROVIDING FREE LEGAL COUNSELING AND FULL LEGAL REPRESENTATION TO LOW-INCOME WOMEN AND THEIR FAMILIES.

THE ORGANIZATION'S MAJOR PROGRAMS ARE THE FAMILY LAW PROJECT FOR SUVIVORS OF DOMESTIC ABUSE, WHICH PROVIDES PRO BONO LEGAL REPRESENTATION TO LOW-INCOME VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN FAMILY LAW RELATED CASES; THE ELDER LAW PROJECT, WHICH PROVIDES PRO BONO LEGAL SERVICES TO LOW-INCOME ELDERLY WOMEN AND MEN; THE WOMEN'S PRISON AND RE-ENTRY PROJECT, WHICH OFFERS EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS AND PRO BONO LEGAL SERVICES TO INCARCERATED AND POST-RELEASE WOMEN.
