IT IS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING BETTER LIBRARY SERVICE THROUGH IMPROVED USE OF CURRENT TECHNOLOGY IN LIBRARY COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS. IT SHARES RESOURCES THROUGH A COMPUTER NETWORK WITH TERMINALS LOCATED IN EACH MEMBER LIBRARY.
