THIS MISSION IS TO UNIFY, EDUCATE AND INCREASE THE NUMBER OF AFRICAN AMERICAN NURSES IN THIS COUNTRY. IN SUPPORT OF THIS, THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS VARIOUS CLINICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS.

EXCELLENCE IN NURSING ANNUALLY, THE ORGANIZATION HOSTS THIS FUNDRAISER DURING WHICH MEMBERS AND SUPPORTS ARE HONORED AND NURSING STUDENTS ARE AWARDED SCHOLARSHIPS. THE EVENT PROVIDES AND OPPORTUNITY FOR NURSING PROFESSIONALS, STUDENTS AND NERBNA SUPPORTERS TO CELEBRATE THE PROFESSION AND NETWORK.


MEMBERSHIP THE PROGRAM SERVES TO RETAIN AND RECRUIT MEMBERS, PROVIDE VARIOUS SERVICES TO MEMBERS, MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP DATA AND PROCESS MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS AND OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS.


SCHOLARSHIP- PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS WITH A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF 1,000 FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS INTERESTED IN THE NURSING PROFESSION AS A CAREER OR VACATION.
