THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A SAFE, SANITARY, AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMPLEX WITH SUPPORTIVE SERVICES AND MEAL PLAN TO ASSIST ELDERS. THE PROGRAM ALSO OFFERS RECREATIONAL AND NUTRITIONAL ACTIVITIES TO BENEFIT THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED RESIDENTS.

THE COMPANY OWNS A FIFTY UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX. THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE LOW AND MODERATE RENTAL HOUSING TO THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022, THERE WERE 50 RESIDENTS AND OUT OF THE 50 RESIDENTS, 47 RESIDENTS RECEIVED SUPPORTIVE SERVICES.


THE MEAL PROGRAM PROVIDES ONE MEAL PER DAY (MONDAY TO FRIDAY) TO EACH RESIDENT OF THE COMPLEX. THIS RELIEVES EACH TENANT OF THE BURDENS OF PREPARING THIS MEAL. IT ALSO PROVIDES PROPER NUTRITION AND DAILY INTERACTION. THESE EXPENSES INCLUDE MEAL PLAN PAYROLL, SUPPLIES, AND FOOD COSTS.
