COMMUNITY SERVICES - RTH PROVIDES A WIDE VARIETY OF PROGRAMS AND SERVICES TO ITS RESIDENTS AND HOSTS COMMUNITY EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. IT OPERATES A SWIMMING POOL, A LIBRARY, A COMPUTER LEARNING CENTER AND OTHER COMMUNITY SPACE. IT PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO SENIOR CITIZENS, JOB TRAINING, EDUCATION, HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAMMING, RECREATION AND GENERAL SUPPORT TO RESIDENTS.


AFFORDABLE HOUSING - THE ORGANIZATION OWNS OR OPERATES 969 UNITS OF RENTAL HOUSING PRIMARILY AFFORDABLE TO RESIDENTS OF LOW AND MODERATE INCOME.
