ORGANIZATION OPERATES A RESIDENTIAL CAMP FOR UNDERPRIVILEGED YOUTHS, PROVIDES SENIOR SERVICES THROUGH VOLUNTEERS AND STIPEND REIMBURSEMENT, PROVIDES VOCATIONAL TRAINING TO UNEMPLOYED AND POOR IN SPRINGFIELD, PROVIDES YOUTH TRAINING.
SUPPORTS THE FEDERALLY FUNDED FOSTER GRANDPARENT PROGRAM, WHICH PROVIDES A STIPEND TO RETIRED INDIVIDUALS BELOW THE POVERTY LEVEL, FOR VOLUNTEERING IN LOCAL SCHOOLS, DAYCARE CENTERS AND COMMUNITY CENTERS TO WORK WITH UNDERPRIVILEDGED CHILDREN.
INNER CITY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
PROVIDING MODEL SERVICES THAT ENHANCES THE ACADEMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND FAMILIES, PROMOTING ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY, AND FOSTERING RACIAL INCLUSION AND SOCIAL JUSTICE.
