1) SFG: SAFEGUARDING STUDY TO AID IN THE FACILITATION OF THE EFFICIENT APPLICATION OF PLANT PEST LAWS AND REGULATIONS OF THE UNITED STATES. ALL SERVICE REVENUE FROM ALL PROGRAMS COMES FROM THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE.


2.1) SANC: SYSTEMS APPROACH TO NURSERY CERTIFICATION; TO EVALUATE AUDIT- BASED CERTIFICATION STUDIES AND DETERMINE THE FEASIBILITY OF DEVELOPING AND HARMONIZING NATIONAL STANDARDS FOR A VOLUNTARY AUDIT-BASED NURSERY CERTIFICATION PROGRAM. 2.2) SANC-RISK ASSESSMENT: TO DEVELOP A (HORTICULTURAL) NURSERY PEST RISK ASSESSMENT SOFTWARE PROGRAM TO BE USED TOY NURSERIES IN THE SANC PROGRAM CERTIFICATION PROCESS TO DEVELOP A SANC FACILITY MANUAL.


3) BRS: TO INSPECT FIELD TRIALS OF LOW-RISK GENETICALLY ENGINEERED (GE) ORGANISMS BY WORKING WITH SEVERAL MUTUALLY AGREED UPON STATES.
