TO PROVIDE ADULT DAY SERVICES TO ADULTS OF FRANKLIN AND NORTHERN GRAND ISLE COUNTIES. WE SERVED 62 ADULTS WITH DEMENTIA AND/OR PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENT BY PROVIDING 22,996 HOURS OF CARE. BECAUSE WE RESUMED IN-PERSON SERVICES JUST A FEW WEEKS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE FISCAL YEAR, OUR EFFORTS WERE FOCUSED ON RE-BUILDING OUR ADULT DAY PROGRAM. WE OPERATED UNDER COVID PROTOCOLS TO HELP ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR CLIENTELE.
