966 MAIN STREET - THIS SHELTER IS A 16-BED EMERGENCY SHELTER SPECIFICALLY FOR HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS OVER THE AGE OF 18. EACH GUEST IS CONNECTED WITH SKILLED CASE MANAGERS AND LIFE SKILLS PROGRAMMING TO PROVIDE THE TOOLS NECESSARY TO SECURE AND MAINTAIN PERMANENT HOUSING. THE SHELTER IS OPEN 365 DAYS EACH YEAR AND IS LARGELY FUNDED THROUGH STATE AND FEDERAL GRANTS, CONTRIBUTIONS AND THROUGH VARIOUS FUNDRAISING EVENTS.


THATCHER HOUSE - THE THATCHER HOUSE PROVIDES SHORT-TERM SHELTER TO HOMELESS FAMILIES THROUGH A REFERRAL PROCESS AND BASED ON IMMDIATE NEED. EACH HOUSEHOLD WORKS WITH SKILLED CASE MANAGERS AND PARTICIPATES IN LIFE SKILLS PROGRAMMING TO PROVIDE THE TOOLS NECESSARY TO SECURE AND SUSTAIN PERMANENT HOUSING. PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS ARE TO RESIDE IN THATCHER HOUSE FOR UP TO FOUR MONTHS.
