UNISERV/LEGAL - THE UNISERV SIDE OF THIS PROGRAM CONSISTS OF ALL VT-NEA'S SERVICES TO LOCAL ASSOCIATIONS AND INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS REGARDING ORGANIZING, COLLECTIVE BARGAINING, AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION, INCLUDING THE PROCESSING OF GRIEVANCES. THE LEGAL SIDE OF THIS PROGRAM CONSISTS OF VT-NEA'S LEGAL REPRESENTATION, ADVICE, AND RELATED SERVICES TO LOCAL ASSOCIATIONS AND INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS IN THE CONTEXT OF UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICES, JOB SECURITY CASES, AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO MEMBERS' EMPLOYMENT.
