INDEPENDENT LIVING - PROMOTES INDEPENDENT LIVING FOR OLDER VERMONTERS PERSONS. SERVICES INCLUDE COMMUNITY AND HOME DELIVERED MEALS, TRANSPORTATION, IN-HOME SERVICES, AND NUTRITION EDUCTION.


INDIVIDUAL ADVACACY - PROVIDES VARIOUS SERVICES TO SUPPORT INDEPENDENCE OF OLDER VERMONTERS, INCLUDING CASE MANAGEMENT, INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE, HEALTH INSURANCE COUNSELING, BENEFITS COUNSELING, AND LEGAL ASSISTANCE.


NATIONAL FAMILY CAREGIVER - PROVIDES INFORMATION, SUPPORT AND RESPITE CARE FUNDING FOR FAMILY CAREGIVERS AND PROMOTES THE WELL-BEING OF THE CAREGIVERS.
