ORGANIZED THE RED CROSS WORKERS WHO BECAME DUES PAYING UNION MEMBERS IN MAY 2019. REPRESENTED MEMBERS IN LABOR DISPUTES AND NEGOTIATIONS AS NEEDED. TURNED LOCAL UNION AROUND FROM HAVING SERIOUS GOING CONCERN ISSUES TO REPLENISHING CASH RESERVES WHICH WILL ENABLE ITS LONG-TERM FINANCIAL HEALTH DURING A STRIKE OR OTHER UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES.
