THE MISSION OF THE ROYALTON MEMORIAL LIBRARY IS TO MAKE ITS RESOURCES AVAILABLE AND USEFUL TO OUR COMMUNITY AND TO SUSTAIN AND PRESERVE A UNIVERSAL COLLECTION OF KNOWLEDGE AND CREATIVITY THAT ASSISTS PATRONS IN THE PURSUIT OF EDUCATION INFORMATION RESEARCH AND PLEASURE.

Part 3
LENDING SERVICES INCLUDE LOAN OF BOOKS RENEWAL AND RESERVATION FACILITIES. MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT THIS YEAR WAS THE REDESIGN CHILDREN'S PICTURE BOOKS AREA AND RE-CATALOGUED. THIS HAS RESULTED IN A 35% INCREASE IN CIRCULATION. ANOTHER ACCOMPLISHMENT THIS YEAR INCLUDED EXPANDING OUR YOUNG ADULT COLLECTION AND CREATING A TEEN AREA IN THE LIBRARY.
