COMMUNITY-BASED ASSISTANCE AND FOSTERING OF CIVIC ENGAGEMENT; SPECIFICALLY: (1) ORGANIZATIONAL GRANTS TO A LOCAL FOOD PANTRY ($2,000), AND (2) FOSTERING CIVIC ENGAGEMENT BY A SNOWMAN CONTEST IN CONJUNCTION WITH MAIN STREET PROGRAM'S WINTER FESTIVE ACTIVITIES ($100), AND EGG HUNT EVENT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANOTHER LIONS CLUB ($90) (3) PROVIDE FEE EYE EXAMS AND GLASSES TO 4 LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH WALMART ($250).
