IN GENERAL TO TRANSACT ALL MATTERS RELATING TO MASONRY, WHICH MAY TO THEM APPEAR TO BE FOR THE GOOD OF THE CRAFT, ACCORDING TO THE ANCIENT USAGES AND CUSTOMS OF MASONS.
