IT WAS COMMITTED TO CONTINUOUSLY STRIVE TO IMPROVE AND DEVELOP THE MOST EFFECTIVE SYSTEMS FOR PROVIDING CUTTING EDGE ELDER CARE SERVICE AND DELIVERY. IN MAY 2018, THE ORGANIZATION SOLD ITS OPERATIONS AND PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT. FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2021, THE GAIN FROM DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS WAS $60,332.
