COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT-SELF-SUSTAINING WATER WELLS 120 FOR DRINKING WATER HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED IN IMPOVERISHED PARTS OF CAMBODIA AND MADAGASCAR BENEFITING OVER 20,000 PEOPLE. STOCK AND SUPPLIES FOR ALREADY ESTABLISHED FISH FARMS WERE ALSO PROVIDED.
SHELTER-THE LIFE CENTER IN CAMBODIA IS PRIMARILY SHELTER TO ABOUT 50 ORPHANS WHO ALSO RECEIVE FOOD, CLOTHING, MEDICAL AND EDUCATION. A PIG AND DUCK FARM WAS ESTABLISHED THERE TO HELP SUSTAIN THE 50 CHILDREN AT THE LIFE CENTER. ALSO, IT IS USED TO DEVELOP WATER WELLS AND FISH FARMS.
AID TO THE POOR-WE HELP THE POOR AND NEEDY AROUND US BY PROVIDING FOOD, CLOTHING, EDUCATION AND MEDICAL AS WELL AS WATER FILTERS TO IMPROVE DRINKING WATER. WE HELPED 15,000 IN MADAGASCAR THROUGH MEDICAL CLINICS. 700 CHILDREN IN CAMBODIA RECEIVED EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES. THIS YEAR, WE DISTRIBUTED OVER 1,100 PAIRS OF SHOES IN CAMBODIA AND OVER 1,100 IN MADAGASCAR. THIS PAST YEAR OVER 800 STREET CHILDREN WERE BEING FED DAILY IN MADAGASCAR AND 500 BLANKETS WERE PASSED OUT THERE AS WELL.
