FUTURE NEW HAMPSHIRE LEADERS ARE PROVIDED INTENSIVE TRAINING AND EXPERIENTIAL EXPOSURE TO FOCUS THEIR ENERGIES AND SKILLS TOWARD SOLVING NEW HAMPSHIRE PUBLIC PROBLEMS. PARTICIPANTS ATTEND VARIOUS SEMINARS AND MEETINGS WITH BUSINESS, POLITICAL, AND VOLUNTEER LEADERS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, AS WELL AS MONTHLY LEADERSHIP SESSIONS. THE EFFECT OF THE PROGRAM IS THAT PARTICIPANTS ARE BETTER ENABLED TO SERVE AS FUTURE LEADERS IN PUBLIC POSITIONS
