CLIENTS REPORT IMMENSE SATISFACTION WITH THEIR JOBS; THE OPPORTUNITY TO MEET NEW PEOPLE AND MAKE NEW FRIENDS; THE CHANCE TO HAVE FUN, NEW EXPERIENCES; AND THE ABILITY TO EARN AN INCOME. PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS APPRECIATE THE SUPPORT, INFORMATION, AND ASSISTANCE THEY RECEIVE FROM OPPORTUNITY SERVICES, ALONG WITH OPEN ACCESSIBILITY TO THE STAFF.BUSINESSES EXPERIENCE COST-EFFECTIVE STAFFING SOLUTIONS; GAIN PRODUCTIVE, ENTHUSIASTIC, AND RELIABLE STAFF; EXPERIENCE REDUCED TURNOVER AND LESS ABSENTEEISM; AND RECEIVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM THE COMMUNITY.
