UP ON THE ROOF IS AN EVENT THAT PROCEEDS HELP SUPPORT THE ANNUAL CLEANING, FLOWER BEAUTIFICATION AND MARKETING OF DOWNTOWN WEST CHESTER. SINCE 2002, THE PROGRAM HAS RAISED OVER $180,000 TOWARDS THIS PROJECT.
ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT RELATED TO EXEMPT PURPOSE.
HISTORIC PRESERVATION AWARDS. WCDF CREATED THIS AWARDS PROGRAM TO RECOGNIZE AND HONOR PROJECTS BOTH LARGE AND SMALL THAT HELP HIGHLIGHTAND PRESERVE WEST CHESTER'S HISTORIC CHARACTER THROUGH ENCOURAGING AND ENGAGING BUSINESS OWNERS AND RESIDENTS IN GOOD PRESERVATION PRACTICES TO STRENGTHEN THE HISTORIC FABRIC.
