THE ORGANIZATION (MMOME) OFFERS A SINGLE PROGRAM OF ANIMAL RESCUE AND WELFARE. MMOME RESPONDS TO LIVE AND DECEASED MARINE MAMMALS (SEALS, DOLPHINS, WHALES) AND SEA TURTLES FROM KITTERY TO ROCKLAND MAINE, WHICH COVERS 2500 MILES OF COASTLINE. WE OPERATE A 24/7 MARINE MAMMAL AND SEA TURTLE REPORTING HOT LINE FOR THE PUBLIC TO REPORT A STRANDED SEAL, DOLPHIN, WHALE OR SEA TURTLE. MMOME OPERATES A TRIAGE AND REHABILITATION CENTER FOR SEALS IN NEED OF ADDITIONAL CARE AND TREATMENTS. MMOME REACHES APPROXIMATELY 15,000 PEOPLE WHO ARE FOLLOWERS ON FACEBOOK, 6,700 ON INSTAGRAM, AND WE REACH APPROXIMATELY 2,800 INDIVIDUALS FROM OUR MAILING LIST.
