TO PROVIDE NON-ACUTE, IN-HOME NURSING SERVICES AND COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES FOR THE RESIDENTS OF ROCKLAND AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES, FOCUSING ON INDIVIDUALS WHO OTHERWISE MIGHT NOT HAVE ACCESS TO IN-HOME NURSING CARE.

TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE NON-ACUTE, IN-HOME NURSING AND COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES FOR THE RESIDENTS OF ROCKLAND AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES.
TO ESTABLISH A MEMORIAL GARDEN HONORING THE FOUNDER OF ROCKLAND DISTRICT NURSING ASSOCIATION (RDNA) ELIZA STEELE. THE GARDEN WILL BE IN A CITY OWNED PARK TO HIGHLIGHT ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF RDNA AND THE NURSING SERVICES IT PROVIDES. THE GARDEN WILL BE FOR ALL TO ENJOY AND CREATE MORE AWARENESS OF RDNA AND ITS SERVICES WHICH ARE VITAL TO THE HEALTH OF LIVING IN THE AREA. SOURCE OF FUNDS FOR THE GARDEN ARE FROM DONORS RESTRICTING THEIR GIFT OF FUNDS TO THE MEMORIAL GARDEN. THESE ARE THE ONLY FUNDS USED FOR THE GARDEN.
