RCCAA PROVIDES DIRECT ANTI-POVERTY SERVICES IN THE AREAS OF HOMELESS SERVICES,PARTICIPATES IN PROJECTS ASSISTANCE IN TRANSITION HOMELESSNESS (PATH), PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, AND HEAD START SERVICES.
