MISSION:

THE MADISON PROFESSIONAL POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION REPRESENTS LAW ENFORCEMENT PROFESSIONALS WHO SERVE THE CITY OF MADISON, WISCONSIN, AS EITHER POLICE OFFICERS, DETECTIVES, INVESTIGATORS, OR SERGEANTS.

The goal of this organization is to create and/or perform a variety of types of dance, including modern, folk, country and western, and square dancing.

ADVISE MEMBERS ON DEVELOPMENTS IN THE ENERGY FIELD, INCLUDING RELATED REGULATORY AND LEGISLATIVE ACTIVITIES THAT AFFECT THEIR BUSINESSES. REPRESENT MEMBERS IN RATE MAKING, RULE MAKING, AND GENERIC PROCEEDINGS BEFORE REGULATORY AGENCIES AND REPRESENT MEMBERS' INTEREST BEFORE LEGISLATIVE BODIES.

TO TEACH AND PREACH THE GOSPEL THROUGH SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS AND MISSIONS, PRODUCE AND DISTRIBUTE CHRISTIAN LITERATURE, CONDUCT PUBLIC CONFERENCES AND EVANGELISTIC ACTIVITIES, PROVIDE FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC SUPPORT TO COMMUNITIES, OFFER BIBLE BASED AND EDUCATIONAL CLASSES, UTILIZE VARIOUS FORMS OF MEDIA IN ORDER TO IMPACT YOUTH AND ADULTS, OFFER EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL COUNSELING, LICENSE AND ORDAIN PASTORS OF THE GOSPEL AND TO ALSO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES WHICH ARE NECESSARY, SUITABLE OR CONVENIENT FOR THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THAT PURPOSE.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide support services to patients and their families. Programs can include social and recreational activities for people who are recovering from surgery or a serious illnesses; supportive services for children who are ill and for their families which enable family members to remain with a child who is hospitalized; family and sibling support groups, and programs which attempt to make a gravely or terminally ill child’s final days, weeks and months more pleasant.
