SCOTTISH RITE OF FREEMASONRY IS A FRATERNAL AND CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION WHOSE PRIMARY MISSION IS TO DIRECTLY SUPPORT: RITECARE, A PROGRAM DESIGNED TO HELP AT-RISK CHILDREN WITH SPEECH AND LANGUAGE DISORDERS AND PROVIDES TREATEMENT AT LITTLE OR NO CHARGE TO THE FAMILY; SPONSORS JROTC PROGRAMS IN MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOLS; ANNUALLY AWARDS SEVERAL SCHOLARSHIPS TO WORTHY UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS; OFFERS INTERNSHIPS FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE STUDENTS; PROVIDES IMMEDIATE DISASTER RELIEF WHEN NATIONAL DISASTERS OCCUR.
