RICHMOND EYE AND EAR HEALTHCARE ALLIANCE (REEHA) OFFERS LOW VISION REHABILITATION SERVICE TO VISUALLY IMPAIRED, TEACHING PATIENTS TO USE THEIR REMAINING VISION MORE EFFICIENTLY. THE LOW VISION CLINIC SERVES MORE THAN 900 PATIENTS. RICHMOND EYE & EAR CONTINUES TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE DESPITE TRADITIONALLY HIGH OPERATING COSTS.
