ITS OPERATIONS INCLUDE NUMEROUS PROGRAMS AND SERVICES, LEAGUES FOR YOUTH AND ADULTS, REGIONAL EVENTS, AND MANY SERVICES FOR US LACROSSE MEMBERS. THE ULA ALSO SERVES AS AN INFORMATION RESOURCE FOR COACHES, PLAYERS, OFFICIALS, PARENTS AND FANS. PROGRAMS AND SERVICES INCLUDE: COACHES EDUCATION, OFFICIALS TRAINING, SPORTSMANSHIP INITIATIVES, CHAPTER NATIONAL TEAMS, PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT, TOURNAMENTS, RECRUITING EVENTS, PLAYERS CLINICS, ALL-STATE, ALL-AMERICAN AND ACADEMIC ALL-AMERICAN PROGRAMS, PHYSICAL EDUCATION CURRICULUM FOR LACROSSE AND SEVERAL OUTREACH INITIATIVES.
