SUPPORT THE DALLAS POLICE DEPARTMENT, OFFICERS AND FAMILIES OF OFFICERS KILLED OR WOUNDED IN THE LINE OF DUTY, AND TO PROVIDE COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR CHILDREN OF SUCH OFFICERS.
