THE MISSION OF CINCO CHARITIES, INC., KNOWN AS THE BALLARD HOUSE, IS TO PROVIDE NO COST HOUSING AND COMFORTABLE ENVIROMENT FOR PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO HAVE TRAVELED TO THE HOUSTON AREA TO RECEIVE TREATMENT FOR A LIFE THREAT ILLNESS.

THE SERVING CENTER CARRIES OUT A COMMUNITY-WIDE MISSION OF CHURCHES, OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS SERVING THE HUMAN NEEDS IN THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TX AND SURROUNDING AREAS.

THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE MEDICAL AND OTHER QUALIFIED BENEFITS THROUGH IT'S SELF-FUNDED PLAN. THIS PLAN BENEFITED APPROXIMATELY 898 EMPLOYEES.
