AID IS PROVIDED BASED SOLELY ON NEED AS ASSESSED IN CONJUNCTION WITH HOSPITAL SOCIAL WORKERS WITHOUT REGARD TO AGE RACE RELIGIOUS AFFILIATION ETC.
