PITTSBURGH CARES PARTNERS WITH COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS TO CREATE THE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES AND RECRUITS VOLUNTEERS TO FILL THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS.

THE EXTINGUISHING OF FIRES, THE PROTECTION OF LIVES AND PROPERTY IN CASE OF FIRE, TO RENDER FIRST AID AND OTHER SERVICES IN CASE OF ACCIDENT, FLOODS, DISASTERS, AND OTHER EMERGENCIES, TO ASSIST IN LOCATING LOST PERSONS AND SUCH OTHER SERVICES AS THEY MAY BE CALLED UPON TO RENDER BY THE PROPER OFFICIALS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CHERRY GROVE, THE COUNTY OF WARREN, AND THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA, OR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
