THE UNION NEGOTIATES LABOR CONTRACTS FOR ITS MEMBERS PROVIDING COMPETITIVE WAGES, HEALTH AND RETIREMENT BENEFITS, AND SAFE WORKING CONDITIONS AND REPRESENTS ITS MEMBERS IN DISPUTES WITH MANAGEMENT.
