SOCIAL ENTERPRISE INSTITUTE OF USA ACTS AS AN ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND TECHNICAL ADVISOR, PRIMARILY FOCUSING ON HELPING NONPROFITS BUILD OR ACQUIRE FOR-PROFIT SUBSIDIARIES TO INCREASE PROGRAM SERVICE REVENUE FUNDING SOURCE. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL ADVISING SERVICES THROUGH ITS WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY, THE SOCIAL IMPACT FUNDING BENEFIT CORPORATION (SIFB). EATC ENVISIONS THE ELIZABETHTOWN AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT AS A PLACE WHERE CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS, EMERGING ADULTS, AND ADULTS LIVE TOGETHER IN COMMUNITY.

OPERATES EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CLIENTS OF ELIZABETHTOWN COMMUNITY HOUSING AND OUTREACH SERVICES BY PROVIDING HOUSING UNDER CASE MANAGEMENT.
